St. Patrick's Day in Savannah Georgia

Have you ever been to Savannah for St. Patrick's Day? I suwannee it is quite the party. The biggest Green Irish party in the south to be exact. The City of Savannah, Georgia, has hosted Saint Patrick's Day celebrations since 1824.

That's a lot of green beer! The celebration doesn't just go on for a day it last a week. Irish celebrations and festivals begin mid-February and last through St. Patrick's Day. Beer is not the only thing that flows emerald green, every fountain in the city is dyed green for the occasion.

It is super fun and if you've never been I hope you get the chance to go sometime. Savannah is such a charming place to visit. I hope all Y'all have a Happy St. Patrick's Day!
